LM-100 is a two component, 100% solids, epoxy line marking is suitable demarcation lines for walkways in heavy duty, forklift truck and traffic areas. MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine hardener component B with resin component A.
2. Mix thoroughly for at least 3 minutes using a low-speed paddle mixer (300-400rpm).
3. Use a spatula to scrape the sides and bottom of the bucket to ensure complete mixing.
4. Transfer the mixture to a clean bucket and mix for an additional minute to achieve uniform consistency.
APPLICATION METHOD
1. Measure and mark the areas to be coated. For precise, long straight lines, use a chalk line for marking and gaffa tape for sharp edges.
2. Apply LM-100 immediately after mixing in a continuous film.
3. Use a roller or paintbrush to work the resin into the surface, ensuring even application and preventing pooling.
4. Remove the gaffa tape within 2 hours of application to achieve clean, crisp edges.
