HB-330 Low Temperature high build coatings is an epoxy coating specifically formulated to provide excellent resistance to a wide range of chemicals. These coatings are designed to protect substrates from chemical exposure, preventing corrosion, degradation, and damage.

HB-330 is a specialist two-component, pigmented, high performance epoxy resin formulated with excellent rapid cure
properties, at low temperatures, offering good chemical resistance and providing excellent adhesion on wet and green concrete surfaces. Its ability to cure over a wide temperature range can bring coating broad application latitude.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Pour the hardener component B into the resin component A.
2. Mix both components for a minimum of 3 minutes using a low-speed paddle mixer (300-400rpm).
3. Use a spatula to scrape the sides and bottom of the bucket.
4. To ensure proper mixing, pour the resin into a clean bucket and mix for 1 further minute.

APPLICATION METHOD
1. Once mixed, HB-330 should be applied immediately in a thin continuous film at 250-300g/m²
2. Work the resin into the surface using a squeegee, then roll to avoid pooling.
3. On porous surfaces, HB-330 will be absorbed very quickly. Use the required amount of resin to ensure complete surface sealing.
4. Apply two coats for optimal results.
