WBC-135 is a general purpose two component waterbased clear epoxy coating, which is suitable for all applications, that is ideal for a wide range of surfaces such garages, warehouses, factories, floors and walls.

Is a two component waterborne epoxy coating system. It is designed according to specific properties required for concrete floors and walls. It provides outstanding appearance and excellent mechanical properties. It can be used as a topcoat on concrete, wood and other materials.

WBC-135 is vapour permeable, which can be applied directly onto concrete with no existing DPM. Providing a hard wearing coating with good resistance to abrasion from foot traffic and light wheeled vehicles.

COVERAGE
Coverage varies based on the porosity and profile of the substrate.
– 5kg: Covers 25-35 m² per coat

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Pour the hardener component B into the resin component A.
2. Mix thoroughly for at least 3 minutes using a low speed paddle mixer (300-400rpm).
3. Use a spatula to scrape the sides and bottom of the bucket to ensure complete integration.
4. Pour the mixture into a clean bucket and mix for an additional minute to achieve a consistent blend.

APPLICATION METHOD
1. Once mixed, WBC-135 should be applied immediately in a thin continuous film.
2. Work the resin into the surface using a roller or brush. Ensure complete surface sealing as WBC-135 will be absorbed quickly on porous surfaces.
3. Apply a second coat for optimal results and enhanced durability.
