HB-310 is a two-component, flexible, pigmented, 100% solid, epoxy resin floor coating designed for general purpose use in a multilayered system that requires a degree of flexibility, from the primer coat to the top coat layer, still offering excellent abrasion and chemical resistance.

HB-310 Flexible high build epoxy coating is a specialised epoxy coating formulated to provide a combination of flexibility and high build properties. The coatings offer the durability and protection associated with epoxy, while allowing for some degree of flexibility to accommodate substrate movement or to withstand impacts without cracking.

HB-310 provides a tough, hard wearing coating for heavy traffic with high build and excellent wear resistance.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Pour the hardener component B into the resin component A.
2. Mix both components for a minimum of 3 minutes using a low-speed paddle mixer (300-400rpm).
3. Use a spatula to scrape the sides and bottom of the bucket.
4. To ensure proper mixing, pour the resin into a clean bucket and mix for 1 further minute.

PRODUCT APPLICATION
1. Once mixed, HB-310 should be applied immediately in a thin continuous film at 250-300g/m²
2. Work the resin into the surface using a squeegee, then roll to avoid pooling.
3. On porous surfaces, HB-310 will be absorbed very quickly. Use the required amount of resin to ensure complete surface sealing.
4. Apply two coats for optimal results.
