Description
EPC-100 Industrial Coving Kit
EPC-100 is a specially formulated, 3-component, epoxy resin system, which can be applied at a thickness between 5 to max 50mm thick.
EPC-100 is designed to provide a material of very rapid strength gain and excellent adhesion, which is capable of withstanding chemical and abrasive attack. It finishes to a smooth, dust free surface.

PACKAGING KITS
– 10kg Kit: Contains Component A + B + C
COVERAGE
10kg Kit Coverage:
– 10 Linear Meters (LM) at a radius of 50mm.
*Note: Coverage figures are theoretical and may vary due to wastage factors, site conditions, profile, and porosity of the substrate.
MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Pour the hardener (Component B) into the resin (Component A) and mix for a minimum of 3 minutes using a low-speed paddle mixer (300-400 rpm).
2. Slowly incorporate Component C (aggregate) into the liquid over 15 seconds???DO NOT DUMP! Blend for an additional 2 minutes.
3. During mixing, scrape down the sides and bottom of the container at least once to ensure complete mixing of Components A+B+C.
4. Ensure accurate mixing by always mixing full units.
PRODUCT APPLICATION
1. Use EPR-100 primer, applying with a brush or roller for uniform coverage. Ensure the primer remains tacky during the application of EPC-100 Industrial Coving.
2. Only mix and apply the primer amount that can be overlaid before losing tackiness. If the primer becomes glossy or loses tackiness, clean the surface and re-coat with EPR-100 primer.
3. Use steel trowels to spread and compact the mortar on vertical surfaces. Shape bottle coves and fillets with appropriate tools. Light brushing while the mortar is still workable will close any surface voids.
Achieve seamless, durable, and chemically resistant vertical surfaces with our EPC-100 Industrial Coving Kit. Its eco-friendly composition and straightforward application make it the ideal choice for demanding industrial environments.
Safety: It’s important to use resin in a well-ventilated area and wear appropriate safety gear, such as gloves and eye protection, due to its fumes and potential skin irritants. Proper safety measures are essential when working with resin.
