EPC-FC EPC-FC is a two component, epoxy system which has been designed to repair vertical or horizontal cracks. It has excellent adhesion to concrete, masonry, wood and metal.

substrate requirements
– Surface Preparation: Mechanically prepare the concrete substrate to achieve an open texture using a captive shot blast machine or diamond grinding.
– Surface Condition: Ensure an even, regular, clean, and dry surface, free of dust, loose particles, oils, organic residues, laitance, and contaminants.
* Inadequate preparation will lead to loss of adhesion and failure.

– Compressive Strength: >25 N/mm?? to concrete

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Pour the hardener component B into the resin component A.
2. Mix both components for a minimum of 3 minutes using a low-speed paddle mixer (300-400 rpm).
3. Use a spatula to scrape the sides and bottom of the bucket.
4. For thorough mixing, pour the resin into a clean bucket and mix for an additional minute.

APPLICATION METHOD
1. Once mixed, apply FC-ECF immediately in a continuous film.
2. For cracks, saw cuts, small holes, and masonry block joints, use a trowel, spatula, or suitable equipment to evenly spread the filler.
3. For floor-wall junctions (ceiling, wall junctions, or corner walls), use a spatula to spread a bead of material and shape it with a round trowel spoon. Avoid leaving excess material as it is very difficult to sand.
4. Prepare only the desired amount of product to avoid wastage due to the limited pot life.
4. Use the SINDEC cleaning tool to clean the shaping tools as you work, facilitating the shaping of the junction radius.
