HB-350 Vertical High Build
HB-350 Vertical, high build coating is a specialised type of coating designed to provide a tough, hard-wearing coating suitable for heavily used areas requiring an easy to clean, durable coating with excellent abrasion, chemical and wear resistance. It is a low maintenance product with a smooth gloss finish, good adhesion to concrete, render, timber, bricks and blocks.
HB-350 is a two-component, pigmented, 100% solid high build, designed vertical work on walls with excellent resistance to the resin ???curtaining??? or running down the surface. It can also be used as a high build coating for flooring where a higher film thickness is required. HB-350 is also available in a flexible and fast cure versions.

It is a low maintenance product with a smooth gloss finish, good adhesion to concrete, render, timber, bricks and blocks. HB-350 comes in a standard range of colours but can be matched to RAL or BS numbers upon request.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Pour the hardener component B into the resin component A.
2. Mix thoroughly for a minimum of 3 minutes using a low-speed paddle mixer (300-400 rpm).
3. Use a spatula to scrape the sides and bottom of the bucket to ensure all components are combined.
4. Pour the mixture into a clean bucket and mix for an additional minute.
APPLICATION METHOD
1. Apply HB-350 immediately after mixing in a thin, continuous film at 150-200 g/m?? using a brush or roller.
2. Work the resin into the surface and roll out to achieve a level finish.
3. On porous surfaces, HB-350 absorbs quickly, so use enough resin to ensure complete coverage and sealing.
4. Apply two coats for optimal performance and a high-quality finish.
