HB-340 Moisture tolerant, high build coating is a specialised type of coating designed to adhere and cure effectively on surfaces that may have moisture or high humidity. HB-340 is a specialist, high performance epoxy resin formulated to provide moisture resistance to applications under cold and humid conditions, and over damp surfaces, allowing moisture-sensitive systems to be applied to concrete and screed with a high R.H. up to 95%. This product’s fast cure and good hardness make it ideal for applications requiring a fast return to service, offering excellent film appearance in extreme conditions.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Pour the hardener component B into the resin component A.
2. Mix both components for at least 3 minutes using a low-speed paddle mixer (300-400rpm).
3. Use a spatula to scrape the sides and bottom of the bucket to ensure all material is mixed.
4. Pour the mixture into a clean bucket and mix for an additional minute.

APPLICATION METHOD
1. Apply HB-340 immediately after mixing in a thin, continuous film at 250-300g/m²
2. Use a squeegee to spread the resin evenly across the surface, then roll to avoid pooling.
3. On porous surfaces, HB-340 will be absorbed quickly. Ensure sufficient application to fully seal the surface.
4. Apply two coats for optimal protection and finish.
