HB-300 provides a tough, hard-wearing coating for heavy traffic with high build and excellent wear resistance. For heavy duty areas requiring an easy to clean, tough and durable coating with excellent chemical resistance such as: warehouses, factories, workshops, showrooms, packing and storage areas. Can also be used as a seal coat for broadcast systems such as intermediate car park decks. HB-300 is suitable for regular foot traffic, heavy duty forklift truck traffic.

HB-300 is a two-component, pigmented, 100% solid high build, designed for a general purpose use in a multi-layered system. HB-300 provides a tough, hard-wearing coating suitable for heavy duty areas requiring an easy to clean, durable coating with excellent abrasion, chemical and wear resistance for warehouses, factories, workshops, showrooms, packing and storage areas. Low maintenance, smooth gloss, suitable for regular foot traffic, heavy duty traffic and slip resistant when used as a seal coat for broadcast systems such as intermediate car park decks.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Pour the hardener component B into the resin component A.
2. Mix both components for a minimum of 3 minutes using a low-speed paddle mixer (300-400rpm).
3. Use a spatula to scrape the sides and bottom of the bucket.
4. To ensure proper mixing, pour the resin into a clean bucket and mix for 1 further minute.

PRODUCT APPLICATION
1. Once mixed, HB-300 should be applied immediately in a thin continuous film at 250-300g/m²
2. Work the resin into the surface using a squeegee, then roll to avoid pooling.
3. On porous surfaces, HB-300 will be absorbed very quickly. Use the required amount of resin to ensure complete surface sealing.
4. Apply two coats for optimal results.
