EP-SEAL Epoxy Seal Coat
EP-SEAL is a 2-component epoxy seal coat with good penetrating properties for use on concrete and polymer modified cementitious screeds. It is designed to seal the floor surfaces.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Pour the hardener component B into the resin component A.
2. Mix both components for a minimum of 3 minutes using a low-speed paddle mixer (300-400 rpm).
3. Use a spatula to scrape the sides and bottom of the bucket.
4. Pour the mixed resin into a clean bucket and mix for an additional minute to ensure thorough mixing.
PRODUCT APPLICATION
1. Once mixed, apply the seal coat immediately in a thin continuous film.
2. Work the primer into the surface using a squeegee, then roll to avoid pooling.
3. On porous surfaces, EP-SEAL will be absorbed very quickly; use the required amount to ensure complete surface sealing.
4. Clean tools using Sindec Solvent Cleaner.
