Aluminium Oxide

Relative to flooring applications, White Aluminium Oxide is used as a fine anti-slip additive material on functional surfaces.

It is very hard ??? 9.0 on the Mohs scale ??? based on bauxite and is very clean. It can contribute anti-slip properties in decorative surfaces without detracting from the appearance of the surface underneath.

White Aluminium Oxide is pigmented in-house, in bright whites and yellows for anti-slip qualities on stair treads and nosings.
