EPR-100-FC Fast Cure Epoxy Primer is specially formulated to cure faster than traditional epoxy primers, ideal for projects requiring reduced downtime and quicker return to service. It retains all the benefits of the standard EPR-100 Epoxy Primer but offers the added advantage of rapid curing.

This two-component, fast-curing epoxy primer is designed for concrete and polymer-modified cementitious screeds, featuring excellent penetration and adhesion properties. In some cases, two coats may be necessary to fully seal the surface. As a 100% solids, low-viscosity product, it comes in pre-measured components, making it user-friendly.

EPR-100-FC Fast Cure enhances adhesion of floor toppings to the substrate and serves as a sealing layer prior to seamless resin flooring applications. It can also be used as a general surface scratch coat (with sand or fine quartz) and is an excellent primer for properly prepared metal surfaces.

COVERAGE
Coverage varies widely based on substrate porosity and profile.
– 5kg: Covers 7 to 10 m²
– 10kg: Covers 18.75 to 25 m²

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Pour Component B (hardener) into Component A (resin).
2. Mix for at least 3 minutes using a low-speed paddle mixer (300-400rpm).
3. Scrape the buckets sides and bottom with a spatula.
4. Transfer the mixture to a clean bucket and mix for an additional minute.

APPLICATION METHOD
1. Apply the mixed primer immediately in a thin, continuous film.
2. As a primer, apply at 200-300g/m².
3. Work the primer into the surface using a squeegee, then roll to avoid pooling.
4. On porous surfaces, ensure complete surface sealing by using sufficient primer.
5. Apply two coats of EPR-100-FC Fast Cure to ensure a fully sealed surface.
