Bondex-421 is a two component, water-based, epoxy bonding primer, specifically formulated to enhance the adhesion of subsequent coatings for effective bonding to countertops and difficult surfaces (e.g. Ceramic tiles, PVC, formica, MDF, metal, etc.) With its excellent adhesion to difficult surfaces, Bondex-421 is an excellent option as a floor primer for epoxy coatings.

COVERAGE
Coverage varies widely due to substrate profiles and conditions.
– 1kg: Covers 7 to 10 m??

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Pour Component B (hardener) into Component A (resin).
2. Mix for at least 3 minutes using a low-speed paddle mixer (300-400 rpm).
3. Dilute with water up to 10% if needed.
4. Scrape the bucket???s sides and bottom with a spatula.
5. Transfer the mixture to a clean bucket and mix for an additional minute.

APPLICATION METHOD
1. Apply the mixed primer at 100-120g/m?? immediately.
2. Work the primer into the surface using a roller or brush for a smooth finish.
3. Ensure sufficient primer is used to completely seal the surface.
