Top Coat PolyEco CLEAR is a waterborne, high performance and aliphatic polyurethane resin used as a top coat with a Gloss finish. It cures by giving hard and flexible floor coatings also abrasion resistance. It provides a surface protection for heavily used floorings. This material does not discolour upon sunlight exposure, making it suitable for outdoor applications. Being almost solvent free, it can be used in public areas with no need to close them. Colourless and pigmented versions are available.

1 - SUBSTRATE / SUBFLOOR
Min. compressive strength 25N|mm2 - Dust Free - Must be Level - Crack Free
Moisture below 4%, in case moisture is higher than 4% a DPM must be used
2 - PRIMER COAT
Primer Epoxy 100 - 300g per m2
3 - BASE COAT
Primer Epoxy 100 - 500g per m2
4 - DESIGN COAT
Epoxy UV Stable 100 - 1kg per m2
5 - TOP COAT SEALER
Water Based PU CLEAR/SATIN/GLOSS - 200g per m2
