SINDEC Metallic Epoxy Floor Coating system:
1 - SUBSTRATE / SUBFLOOR
Min. compressive strength 25N|mm2 - Dust Free - Must be Level - Crack Free
Moisture below 4%, in case moisture is higher than 4% a DPM must be used
2 - PRIMER COAT
Aqua Shield Primer - 230g per m2
3 - BASE COAT
EP321 - 600-700g per m2 (recommendation, higher if light coloured)
4 - DESIGN COAT
Epoxy T-800 or T-1000 - 1kg per m2
5 - TOP COAT SEALER
Water Based PU CLEAR/SATIN/GLOSS - 200g per m2
