Bondex 421 is a two-component, Fast Drying, Water Based Epoxy Strong Bonding Primer designer specially for effective bonding of countertops and difficult surfaces (eg. Ceramic tiles, PVC formica, MDF, Metal, etc), It may also be used as a floor primer for epoxy coatings with excellent adhesion to all surfaces.

Bondex 421 is designed to improve the adhesion of all toppings and coating systems to the substrate.
