SINDEC has developed a high performance HIGH BUILD EPOXY to meet the requirements of any industrial warehouse settings & areas of heavy foot and machinery traffic.
As machinery and workforce individuals use areas repetitively, this product helps your surface perform at the highest level, something exposed or untreated concrete would not be able to withstand and decay over time.

Professional line markings can be archived by masking and applying the epoxy for desired results, making your working environment Health & Safety compliant. Not only is this coating incredibly resilient but can also have anti-slip properties with the right aggregates.
With 250-300g per coat and a thickness of approximately 0.5mm int total, SINDEC HIGH BUILD EPOXY is industrial performance at its best.

INDUSTRIAL LEVEL FLOORING
100% Solid High Performance Epoxy Coating, specially formulated for industrial warehouse flooring application Multilayer protective coating for heavily used concrete floors, in all kinds of indoor areas.
Also suitable for parking decks, industrial store rooms, shops/commercial floors, poorly ventilated areas and areas where heavy traffic is required.
Fast & simple application in industrial sites that will reduce overall project costs with its 2 coat system 300g at per coat.
This Epoxy comes pre-pigmented in RAL 1001, 1018, 3001, 3009, 5015, 6002, 6021, 7001, 7011, 8001, 9003, 9004 (Other colours available upon request).
COVERAGE
25kg kit (comp A+B) = 75m2-100m2 at 3-4m2 per kg
Final Thickness: 0.5mm approx. (on 2 Coats of 250-300g per m2)
SURFACE PREPARATION
-
Seamless, flat and leveled ( Product is self-leveling and any imperfections will eventually show through the coating as with any Epoxy).

Compact and cohesive (pull off test must show a minimum resistance of 25 N/mm2).

Even and regular surface

Free from cracks and fissures. If any, they must first be repaired using Epoxy Gel Filler or filled with Sand & Epoxy to achieve bonding and the correct compression strength of 25 N/mm2.

Clean and dry, free of dust, loose particles, oils, organic residues or particle laitance.
PLEASE CARRY OUT TESTS TO CHOOSE THE CORRECT PRIMER:

For New concretes with 4-9% humidity use Green Concrete Primer

For Old floors use Aqua Shield Primer
-
For Surfaces with 10%+ humidity use Aqua Shield Primer
-
For Surface where where no moisture, dust, cracks are present, use High Build Epoxy
APPLICATION
Surface temperature must be at least 3C above dew point. Air temperature should be above 5C and relative humidity less than 80%.
Maximum temperature for the application is 40C, best conditions are 15C-30C. These conditions should be maintained along the whole curing time.
Application should be done with plenty of air ventilation. Environmental conditions must be met for the product to perform as indicated.

Mix 100% of the product by pouring Part B into Part A.

Mix at a low speed mixer for 3 minutes (avoid metal mixers, use helix mixers to prevent metal scrapes) .

Change all the material into a new clean bucket.

Mix for a further minute.

Pour immediately onto the surface.

Spread with rubber squeegee and roll with a lint-free roller.

Use a small brush or mini roller to cover the edges and homogenize the resin as required.

After 24 hours apply a second coat.

Light Traffic allowed after 24-48 hours and 7 days to fully cure.
